Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because for one I have only received a call from a lady by the name of Claire and she told me that someone would get back to me and I have not received any call from that store to this date and second we were told by Julia R [redacted] to bring back the receipt so that we were able to get the credit and that is what we did so for them to make accusations against my family and I is very unprofessionalWe have done everything that was asked of us we waited for over an hour for them to look up the receipt, we called our bank to see if they could retrieve the transaction in front of Julia R [redacted] and because they closed the previous account they could not and she was aware of this, we took the receipt up to the store and left it with one of their cashiers along with my name & number on it and was never called so we called Julia back and asked if she had received the receipt and supposedly she had no knowledge of it and said she would get back with us but to this date has never gotten backWe are loyal customers there and to be treated and slander this way is sadWE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION!
