This is a follow up to a previous complaint. Make sure you, as a customer read the warrantee very closely with The Bed Bug Guys. You will find that return visit will likely cost you close the amount of the original treatment.
A Warrantee is only as good as the person backing it up. Do your homework. I did not and have paid dearly in time and money.
Refund so the return visit matches what the original contract called for.
I offered for suggestions on a third possible
treatment but Bed Bug Guys did not respond. I'm pretty mad at them and I think they are pretty mad at me. Time to move on but I'm still fighting he bill.
