We tried to be understanding and cooperative with Mr***'s situation, by agreeing to have the cracks refilledUnfortunately, based on his rude responses with absolutely NO action we can not trust his wordAlso, reviewing the cancelled check, it was signed by "Lake County Blacktop Paving" therefore, I'm led to believe he did receive the fundsIt will now be almost years of the drive being weathered and worn before the issue will even be consideredAt this point, I do not agree to his offer, either forward a refund or redo the whole job

driveway which was in very, very poor condition. We offer a one year guarantee on the NEW blacktop. There is no guarantee on the sealcoat. She had informed me of some peeling of her sealcoat. I was trying to be a nice guy and told her we would come out and re-seal it for her. While out there I noticed a lot of dirt and gravel at the end of her driveway, which was probably due to cars driving by and throwing it up on the driveway as they are in a low area. The company is more than welcome to come complete the work and it was my fault on the calls I was calling the wrong number. However the foreman that came to my house said they would be back at some point that week to put in the drain and I told him I would have all the drain pieces bought and ready sitting behind the garage the next day in which they have been sitting there since.
