Mr*** did in fact mentioned the presence of the two types of roaches which also confirmed to me had been treated and on the receipt it clearly shows additional charge for the treatment of the german roaches My concern is also that how does he really know all of the american roaches are dead when he has never shown up to do a follow up which I have asked for numerous times
