Will not allow return of mattress or refundStates they do not refund purchases Bought a mattress on Aug 17, After testing a small selection on floor, my wife and I decided on oneThey advertise 0% down 36mo interest free financing When started paper work, the sales manager told us that the store required 10% downAfter questioning it, we decided to do it When ready to sign paperwork, he then told me as I was signing it that there was no refunds I asked him how that works with a sleep test trial time He said he would give us an in store credit Did not like this but, thought the mattress would be the oneWe also purchased two pillows with the bed and they were to be delivered with product Never received them and called twice on them First time was one week after purchase and he told me that they were not in and would let me know Second time was over two weeks later and he told me that the company was brushing him offI mentioned to him that I was not pleased with that and I am having issues with the mattress and look like to turn them back in At this time he told me that there are no refundsThe next day I received a phone call to let me know they were in and they would deliver them Called the next day and wanted to return the mattress and would not refund meOn Sep 6, he called me a left me a message that he would not refund me but would give me a store credit, minus restock feeIt is a small mattress store and don't have any other mattress that I want How am I going to use $in this store? Though I signed the contract that does have it stated, not well, on the bottom They do not advertise this statement in there store or refuse to tell the customer up front on this This makes it shady as a business to trap a customer in the sale and would not recommend this store to anyone Let my friends know about this and they agree and one of them was in the market for a mattress I do not want anyone else fall for this trap!

Improper installation lead to years of untreated water to our kitchen This caused premature replacement of taps, R.O unit and numerous filters Despite several service calls, I had to pay an independent company to identify and fix the problem Their response to my complaint was "sorry, that installer is no longer with us" and offered me a set of RO filters at cost My after the fact research would also lead me to realize, we over paid for the initial equipment and installation by about 40% vs competitors Greg D [redacted]
