Bedair Moving

I would give zero stars if I couldMy experience with this company was HORRENDOUS! I scheduled an 8:AM moving time with Casey, the owner of the companyAt 7:AM I received a phone call from him saying that he was running behind because he needed to run an errandHe said he would be at my storage unit at 8:AMAt almost 9:AM, when he had yet to arrive, I called him and he said he was minutes awayHe arrived at 9:AM, no apology, no remorseI asked him if he would knock the price down a little bit for inconveniencing me by making me wait for almost hoursHe laughed and told me that I wouldn't find a better deal than what he chargesAfter I expressed my opinion of his lack of professionalism for making me wait because he wanted to run personal errands during a time that I reserved with him, he then told me that I could find new movers and he proceeded to leaveWell, he was right about one thingMy move ended up costing more by having to find another moving company; almost twice as much since I had to pay extra money in rent, storage dues and moving fees due to having to rush to find a moving company that could help me on such short noticeCasey and Bedair Moving's lack of professionalism and customer service not only caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful time, but they ended up ruining my Easter weekend and costing me more moneyI hope that no one else ever gets taken for a ride with this company the way that I did
