was sold a car on 2/14/13 that was involved in a major accident on 1/6/2011 and I was not informed umpon purchase. I bought a infinity [redacted] from bedard bros. 2/14/13, after having massive front end problems since the day I left, I carfaxed the vehicle to find out it had smashed into a parked car on 1/6/2011 and I was never made aware of that. they also lied to me when I perchased the warranty as well telling me that the package covered everything on the vehicle for 3 years with the exception paint and normal wear items whitch it doesnt. it only covers drive train realated issues. the car now needs a wheel bearing on the front right wheel, which was bad when I bought the car and was supposedly replaced 4/1/13 now they refuse the fix the vehicle under warrenty. they used shady practices working numbers on the car as well they never went over all the numbers with me just pushed the deal on me and an sent me packing.Desired Settlementi want the car bought back from me by bedard bros. because they sold me a lemon knowing it has massive problems that they tried their hardest to hide.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@bedardbros.comBedard Bros did indeed sell this vehicle in Feb 2013 with @91,000 miles on it. Per State Law this vehicle was provided a warranty for 30 days or 1250 miles for safety items! We also included at no charge a 90 day 3000 mile power train warranty to the customer. The customer purchased a Power train Warranty for an additional 36 months or 36,000 miles. We provide a copy of a Carfax with every pre-owned vehicle we sell, that indeed shows an accident(it has since been updated to show it was a collision with a parked car) Carfax does not specify how extensive an accident was! After this vehicle was driven for about 6,000 miles complained of a noise, We replaced (out of warranty) at no charge both front wheel bearings. The vehicle has passed 4 Mass State inspections since the 2011 accident! The vehicle now has 117,327 miles and has been in this persons ownership for 22 months. Clearly this is beyond and warranty obligation from Bedard Bros

car failed inspection - needed clock spring replacement. [redacted] is unable to replace part (waiting @1 year). dealership unable to perform repair to car because clock spring part unavailable - cant be found anywhere - [redacted] procurement failure. car is un-drivable. Received absolutely no assistance from [redacted] or dealership. had to scrap car. lost a lot of moneyDesired Settlement$5000Business Response The customer brought the vehicle into the dealership in [redacted] of this year. We diagnosed that the vehicle needed a new clock spring and attempted to order the part. The following day [redacted] informed us that the part had been back ordered due to no supply. After several weeks [redacted] was contacted again to inquire about an estimated ship date, to which they responded 4 weeks. After repeating this process several times our parts manager was told that the original supplier of the part to [redacted] had gone out of business and [redacted] had obtained a new supplier. The new supplier was building parts as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the part that the new supplier provided failed testing. At this point [redacted] is working with a third supplier. This vehicle is one of four hundred across the country waiting for this part. It is an unfortunate situation and we understand the customers frustration but at this point our hands are tied. We merely install parts provided by [redacted] and without their supply of parts we are unable to complete repairs. Bedard Brothers does not manufacture parts and therefore has no control over their availability. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is exactly what I expected based on past corespondences. I wasn't offered a dime of assistance from either the dealership or[redacted] corporate. The dealership claims no responsibility and [redacted] corporate claims no responsibility (see [redacted] case number XXXXXXXX).This dealership is the face of [redacted] to me - stop passing the buck. How can [redacted] not accept responsibility when the vehicle that I bought and pay you to maintain is rendered undriveable because of your outrageous logistics failure. Final Business Response The requested part has arrived at the dealership and is ready for installation. Attempts have been made to contact customer for installation but we have been unable to connect. If customer receives this message please contact Bedard Brothers to schedule an appointment. Thank You from the Bedards Bros. Parts and service staff.
