We have taken your multiple concerns regarding yourpower wheelchair seriously and have made appropriate repairs in a timelymanner. Upon receiving this complaint we have tried several times to contact you over the phone to set up atime for one of our technicians to visit you. We attempted to stop by yourresidence which is located over 20 miles away from our facility but you werenot home. We would very much like to resolve the issue you are having with your joystick.
