However, no company will guarantee a repurchase of their product, now used, at an amount that will please everyone.

Horrible experience with the administrator (Sheyla) of BEDCO Mobility at Falls Rdin Baltimore, MarylandAn employee accepted a document that my husband and I brought, which was issued years ago by the MVA stating that I was allowed to drive with hand controlsBEDCO then gave us an appointment to install the hand controls in our carWe left the car a week later as we had agreed with BEDCO, but then they said that I needed an evaluation!!! In the meantime I had spent a lot of money on taxisInstead of acknowledging their mistake of not being careful on screening the document we brought, the administrator put the blame on us!!!

Bedco Mobility is a local dealer that sells and services stairlifts in the [redacted] region.
This customer wants us to buy back their stairlift purchased some time ago.
We offer a courtesy buy back price to our customers and made an offer for this...

We understand that this may be unacceptable to them but they are under no obligation to accept it.
Bedco will relocate the stairlift if they want to sell or contribute it to someone else. The customer can arrange that with our home office.
Bedco Mobility believes this is a reasonable business practice.

Review: A chair lift was purchased for my elderly mother's home. At the time of contract signing we were told that Bedco Mobility would buy back the item. After one year she was unable to remain in the home; therefore the lift was no longer needed. When we were certain she could not return to the home,I called to arrange to have them buy it back. I was told the buy back price was less than 10%. I feel they were not up front with the buy back details. This issue was attempted to be settled with **. [redacted], however he was unwilling to budge.Desired Settlement: A more reasonable buy back price.
