Bedco Mobility is a local dealer that sells and services stairlifts in the [redacted] region This customer wants us to buy back their stairlift purchased some time ago We offer a courtesy buy back price to our customers and made an offer for this lift We are sorry that this person was unhappy with the offer but Bedco is under no obligation to do so We understand that this may be unacceptable to them but they are under no obligation to accept it Bedco will relocate the stairlift if they want to sell or contribute it to someone elseThe customer can arrange that with our home office Bedco Mobility believes this is a reasonable business practice Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue
