I received your letter concerning [redacted] and her concerns over her purchase Her complaint should not be with Bedding Hotline, Inchowever She has a warranty claim with the manufacturer, Simmons Bedding Company, Atlanta, GA (www.Simmons.com) to which we have only tried to aid her to resolve her issue I am enclosing a copy of the email showing the number of contacts, in all, where Bedding Hotline has intervened on [redacted] warranty claim with Simmons Beautyrest I am enclosing another copy of [redacted] paperwork and the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" showing the warranty comes from the manufacturer and we assist with claims, not fulfill them We are not willing to give [redacted] her money back, we have serviced her account, provided all we promised and assisted with warranty as we are required to do by our contractI don't know what I can do for her but I am concerned and have yet again contacted Simmons on her behalf and asked them to complete their warranty service as specified
