Review: I contacted Bedding plus in March of 2015 due to my mattress bulging. I spoke with Julie, she stated she could send someone out at no cost to do measure the depth. She asked if there were any stains on the mattress, I told her there was a little stain. She then advised me that the stain voids the warranty. I stated that per the paperwork I have it only states if the stain is on or near the affected area that the warranty would be voided and the stain is not near or on the affected area. She informed me that she would have to contact the Operations manager, and to send a copy of my paper, which I did. After speaking with the operations manager she requested pictures. I complied and sent pictures on May 19th and sent a follow up email on June 29th, I have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to use my warranty.
