I purchased a comforter from bedding.com about 6-7 weeks ago. The return policy is that the customer ships back at their own expense. I can see if I the customer changed their mind but this comforter quality is terrible. It is not soft and not as described on the website. It is extremely hot and many of the reviews on other websites support the excessive warmth of the material. I was not satisfied with the quality and felt the company should pay to have it shipped back since it is an issue with quality.
