12/28/I get a call from interstate battery customer service to see if I carry a mtpbattery I did well they wanted to know if I would go put it in an I said yes if it is close by then they said it was on the other side of greensburg in miles awayI said well that is farther than I
would can't they find anybody greensburg to take of it They I was the closest with that part number so the y the lady can't get out because her truck will not start an the said the battery is covered under warranty. An she stuck at home an can't go anywhere so interstate agrees to pay extra to go an put battery because it is miles awaySo I go up there an was going to put battery in an for someone who said she couldn't go nowhere she was gone nowhere to be foundSo I called interstate battery customer service an told them there was nobody home an came back to batesville, in. Then I get call from *** an she wants to know when I am coming I said I was there yesterday an you were not homeSo I am not coming back. So interstate customer service call me back an they told me they would pay for both tripsSo I go up an was going to battery in an opened the hood on the truck an the battery that was in the truck was put in so it would be out warranty but she said it was put in so I checked the code date on battery which month an year it was manufactured an it was manufactured in so I can't warranty the battery she said interstate battery customer would so I call interstate battery customer service an told them an even sent a picture of battery date because otherwise I would not get credit for the adjustment so interstate battery customer said go ahead an replace it they would take of itSo then last month I get a call from her an she says the battery went dead an is badShe told me she was driving an the truck died an would not startSo I said you other problems you need to have towed here or bring me the battery and I will test it she declined so I said if I come up there an it is not a battery problem who is going to pay for time an she said interstate battery would during last process I did not get a call from interstate battery customer serviceAlso when she called when battery went while driving she talked to one my employees she had triple aaa tow for so she could have towed here but declinedI feel I bent over backwards for her the first time an she got a battery for free from interstate battery all she need to do was bring me the battery an we would have tested it if it was bad we would have replaced
