I purchased a mattress from Bedex on Battleground Avenue, Greensboro, NC which I did not get. I have emailed the company multiple times and I wrote them a letter in early February. No response. I offered several solutions. I enclosed a copy of all my emails and I have a copy of my letter I can provide.
The Battleground store has closed. I paid this company $1155.41 in good faith for mattress and mattress cover. I provided invoice number to them along with credit card payment info. I do have the mattress cover but that is all I ever got.
They have this money on their books as a sale. I did not ever intend to "donate" $1155 to them without getting my merchandise.
