be doneLet me start out by saying that I am not a mechanic, nor do I have any mechanical tools to fix vehiclesI purchase my vehicles from *** *** and I am allowed to test drive themI test drove the *** *** and decided to purchase it because I didn't notice any issues with itWhen I test drove the vehicle and the hours that the vehicle was in my possession it did not have an engine light onI am personally shocked that the vehicle had any issuesI purchased the vehicle on 6/22/The customer came the following day and test drove multiple vehicles, including the one they purchased, and decided to buy the *** ***The vehicle had the Buyer's Guide (Also Known As "Form") posted in clear viewFurthermore, I verbally informed the customer that the vehicle is sold As-Is, Without Any WarrantyI went a step further and informed the customer that any and all repairs that may need to be done to the vehicle are the customer's responsibilityI also added that the customer needs to be 100% comfortable with buying the car before handing me any moneyThe customer responded that they understand and proceeded to read over and sign both copies of the Buyer's Guide (Form)I have no way of predicting what issues a vehicle will acquire in the future and exactly when it will acquire themI sincerely apologize for the situation, but I went above and beyond to make sure the customer knew the risk they were taking by buying a used vehicleI do not feel like I am responsible for any of the issues the customer has encounteredBy law, the customer is responsible for any and all repairs after purchasing a vehicle and signing for itI hope you take all of this into consideration and do not give me a bad grade or mark on my business reportThank you for your time.- Yuri Y***Auto Haus LLCSent from my ***
