I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThere was no well near or on the driveway, we have the deed and the blueprint from our property and there is no well in the blueprint I was told that it would be no problem to take care of these low spots and I even paid for more stone to fix it, above his original estimateIt is because they did not use enough stone to fill in the low spots, before they paved the drivewayI would like a full refund for the driveway at this point, since they are not willing to come out and fix it I paid for this job in good faith and from the response I recieved from Chris, I see now that this company is untrustworthy and unprofessional I would never do business with them again and I'll pass this information on to everyone I talk to Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Chris at business and the following was relayed: We told *** that we would try to patch his driveway, which would be a temporary fix, if we went out to *** ***We have not been out there and have no jobs scheduled for thereThe issue is that he has an old well underneath his
driveway, 30-50' deep, which needs to be filled to have a solid base and have the driveway done right

There was a pre-existing dip that required a complete dig out that the customer did not want to spend the money to do. They went with the least expensive route against our recommendations. We did as the contract stated.
