contract between the patient and her insuranceWe try our pest to have a breakdown and give the patient an estimate of what their out of pocket portion will be for servicesHowever, until insurance I processes and pays claim it is just an estimateWe did receive the patient's correspondence and tried to call her on 12/5/to respond to fax and her complaint, finding a vice mail box full and unable to leave a message
The balance due is the correct balance based on her coverage with AARP Dental Insurance PlanThe appropriate write offs have been applied according to her PPO plan provisions and our *** contact with *** DentalEnclosed you will find the financial agreement and the EOB's that we have receivedFor purposes to keep identity we have balanced out pt's name and personal informationDue to the facts above the balance is the $

Any and all estimates any business has given me are always close to being exact or maybe a few un-noticeable dollars over however your quote as a business whom has my insurance fact beforehand was way and above the quote which is not acceptable. I only have to pay the quoted priceI spoke to the insurance company after the fact whom stated that you are held accountable for the quoted price. I would hope that you would resolve this issue as it will not be paidYou are held accountable for the quoted price. A shame you cannot recognize this fact as any and all businesses I have dealt with are more preciseI am not paying a high rated dollar amount above the quoted price.
