WHEN WE WENT TO THE HOME WE FOUND THE GUTTERS OVERFLOWING WITH DEBRIS AND WATER. THE GUTTERS WERE BEGINNING TO PULL AWAY FROM THE HOUSE LEAVING THE FACIA BOARD EXPOSED TO EXCESS WATER DAMAGE. WE CLEANED AND RE-ATTCHED THE GUTTERS AT NO CHARGE. DISCUSSED GENERAL GUTTER MAINTENANCE WITH CUSTOMER TO PREVENT FUTURE DAMAGE. RECEIVED CALL FROM CUSTOMER ABOUT 2 MOS AGO, SAYING THAT THE PROBLEM HAD RE OCCURRED. WE ASKED IF SHE HAD CLEANED HER GUTTERS, SHE SAID SHE HAD. WE VISITED THE HOME OWNER THAT DAY, THE PICTURES TAKEN THAT DAY WAS WHAT WE FOUND. GUTERS MUST BE MAINTAINED TO PREVENT DAMAGE FROM EXCESS WATER AND ICE DAMAGE, WE SUGGESTED SHE INSTALL LEAF GUARDS TO PREVENT BUILD UP FROM DEBRIS.
