sept 2011 I had this company reseal my mobile home roof and my neighbor also had her's done the same day. I told them that my home & roof were insulated and when it is 100 degrees outside, the inside would stay 80 degrees. After completion, I was told the roof was insulated but it will be warmer. I said that I had told them that my roof was insulated. I worked full time. After one week, my neighbor asked if my place was warmer because her's was. I came home and open the doors and windows. Within one year, my neighbor's roof leaked where it had be fixed. Last summer I called them and asked what they used on my roof and was told he would come out but I said NO. I only wanted to know what was used. He came out and said he could put whirlybirds on the roof and I said NO. I went inside. When it is 80 degrees out side, it is 80 degrees inside and I can feel the heat coming in from the ceiling/roof. It feels like I am sitting under a heater. I had to use the AC and should not to. I debated for a long time before writing this but I had to clear my mine. I am seeking to get my roof resealed again.
