Mrs [redacted] applied on 1/27/and signed the leasing criteria that stated the criminal history requirements for our property We ran her application and I called and spoke with her on 2/2/and told her that a charge of Hit Skip came up on her record and that it was denying her She stated it was a minor traffic accident that she left the scene of an accident I told her we don't deny for that kind of charge and was she sure that that was the charge and she said yes I told her I would put a depute in and request a copy of the file for the courts and it could take up to business hours not counting the weekend The depute came back on 2/6/and stated that it was found to be a charge of hit and run and that she was found guilty and had to pay fines and was convicted I then called Mrs [redacted] and told her that we would not be able to approve her due to the criminal history and that the only refundable part would be the $that she over paid on her application fees She told me that she had paperwork she could provide that showed that the charged were dropped so I told her to get that paperwork to me She dropped that paperwork off around the 12th and I looked over it and called and told her that it showed that she was found guilty and had to pay fines and was put on probation I told her again that I would not be able to approve her and I would process that $that she over paid and that she would have the refund within days I turned the refund into the corp office on 2/14/ She should have it in the mail at [redacted] *** by 3/14/17.As for the applications fees that she paid The day that Mrs [redacted] applied she had her adult children with her We charge $for the first application and $for each adult person after that The adult daughter [redacted] stated when they went to the gas station to get the money order the mother told the attendant the wrong amount and got the money order for $more than what it was suppose to be So when they came back to turn it in to us they stated that they would just put it on their first month rent when they moved in So that is why there was a $credit that needed to be given back to them.I hope this answers any questions you have on this case and if you need anything further please let me know I attached any of the documents that would help with the case and I wrote notes out to the side of where on the page it was relevant My cell number is [redacted] I will be out of the office this afternoon if you need anything please feel free to call me anytime.Also my corp office just got back with me that payment was mailed on 2/28/to Mrs [redacted] for $ So she should have already gotten the check I have attached the screen shot of the payment record[redacted] Property Manager

The water and sewer  are allocated based on the square footage of the apartment home and the number of occupants.  In addition to this, bills can fluctuate based on the number of days in the billing cycle.  Some cycles have 28 days while others can go up to 35 days.And of course,...

I am rejecting this response because: There was a false statement in the reply. I did not drop any paperwork off on February 12th. I had already moved into my new home by then.  On February 1st I did email a copy of my court records to [redacted]. I never went back to the apartment complex. Also on February the 9th I sent  a email asking about my refund. I gave my address to send it to it was my [redacted] I received a call back from [redacted] telling me it's was still denied on February 9th and it would take thirty days for refund. I have emails still.
