I’ve been here before and their customer service has always been great I’ve easily spent more than 1200 dollars on multiple occasions. About 3 months ago I took my car for an oil change. Changed my filter did what ever they recommended. Drove my car normally for the last 3 months and two weeks ago I started hearing a noise from my car. Took it back because I trusted them and they told me I needed a whole new transmission and it would cost any where from 2-3k dollars!!!! My car only has 70k miles on it. It is not transmission time. I was upset and said I understand and I call them to bring it back soon. Took it for a second opinion. My transmission is fine!!!! Come to find out they never did an oil change 3 months ago. The new mechanic said my oil looked black and like it hadn’t been changed in almost 10k miles!! Had two mechanics check for leaks or any other source of the noise. Honda and a third party both checked the car and said there was no costly issues other than basic maintenance. NOTHING WORTH 3000 dollars worth!! It just needed an oil change and they already charged me for an oil change they never did once. They probably would’ve tried to charge me 3k for a transmission they didn’t even put in.
