Review: On Tuesday February [redacted] around 410 pm I entered Bedford Wireless Plus and purchased a pair of headphones with cash. There were two gentlemen behind the counter and I was given NO receipt for my purchase. This morning I entered the store to exchange the same pair of headphones for another pair because the pair I purchased a week earlier were damaged. The young man refused to exchange the headphones and even called me a liar for telling him that he never gave me a receipt. I a so glad that there are cameras in the store sos that you can see that he never gave me any recipe. I feel offended and will never shop at that store again. I just want to exchange the headphonesDesired Settlement: I would like to have the same pair of $12.99 headphones replaced
