A cleaning has been assigned to clean the mattress and after follwith them I have confirmation that the mattress has been cleaned and is free of stains [redacted]

This warranty covers an isolated stain that is reported within days of the incidentIt was reported that there have been multiple stains and accidents which have occurred over a period of time and the warranty excludes multiple long term stains Please review the following as stated in the warranty(attached);Under section: THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO” It states: Medical issues, incontinence and repeated or multiple stains or multiple locations of stains from humans and/or pets Odors, accumulated and / or long-term multiple unknown stains, any unknown stains, non-colorfast material, pet damage, stains caused by the buiof perspiration, hair or body oil, and soiling from everyday useAlthough you are not qualified for a cleaning, we would like to offer a courtesy cleaning to youWe will have a professional service technician contact you to clean and sanitize your mattress we have sent the form to you email as well as it has been attachedIf you have any questions please contact usAntigone B [redacted] Warranty Supervisor ###-###-####

Based on review of your claim the mattress has been approved to be replaced and the authorization to replace the mattress was sent to the retailer on 22015. I purchased a Vertex mattress cover from Sleepy's in [redacted] ***Wanted to return itThe cover did not work for meSleepy's customer service was terribleI could not return the mattress cover because I opened the packageI called Bedger with my complaintNo problem, they exchanged my mattress cover with a different style, in fact gave me twoBedgear's customer service is wonderful

A claim was filed through us for a spilled chocolate milk on the bed. The warranty covers a one time accidental accident that is reported with in daysWe had proceed with the claim and had a mattress protector shipped as well as a professional service technician contact the
customer to schedule a cleaning. Upon the service technician arrival an inspection was done on the mattress and it was noted that there are multiple stains ad that the mattress had holes in it. The service technician did attempt to clean the mattress but was unsuccessful due to the nature of the unknown stain. The holes were there upon arrival and were not caused by the service technician. The mattress has been cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. Attached I have supplied a copy of the terms and conditions of the warranty for reviewUnder the exclusion section it does state the following: "Odors, accumulated and / or long-term multiple unknown stains, any unknown stains, non-colorfast material, pet damage, stains caused by the buiof perspiration, hair or body oil, and soiling from everyday use."Based on the terms and conditions of the warranty we do not cover multiple stainsThank you,*** ***

Based on review of your claim it does not qualify for a mattress replacement due to the amount of time it has taken to receive
the requested claim information and also the number of stains that are on the mattress
Per the terms and conditions of the warranty it states that we

Based on the terms and conditions of the warranty the stains
needed to be reported within days of the incident. It was reported that the accident happened
within the past months which is outside the warranty guidelines. The warranty also excludes multiple
stains. It was
also reported that there
were two different incidents on the mattress.Although you are not qualified for service on the mattress
we did however, offer a courtesy cleaning so that a professional service technician
can clean, sanitize and deodorize the mattress. Without the waiver we will not be able to service your mattress due to
your claim not falling within the warranty guidelines.I have attached a copy of the warranty which explains that
the accidents needed to be reported within days and that multiple stains are

The warranty covers stain that is reported within days of an isolated incident. It was reported to us that the stains are unknown and that the date of occurrence is unknown. The warranty covers stains that are caused from human or pet bodily fluids as well as beverage consumed
by humans. The warranty excludes unknown stains that have been accuring over a period of time. Attached please find another copy of the warranty for you reference.Thank you,

I feel like they set me up to sign this for them to clean my mattress because they knew the stains wouldn't come outand when the guy did the cleaning he said the company should pay for another mattress and when he was trying to clean my mattress the fibers in the mattress were damaging and it made the stains worstmy sister worked for sleepys and told me to buy this mattress protector because it gives me a extended year warranty that is exactly what I didi just removed the plastic from my mattress which was the only thing protecting it I noticed the stains when I went to wash the mattress protector and I was very shocked when I seen the stains which is why I called sleepys and they told me to call the mattress protector companymy issue ISN'T RESOLVEDi have stains spread out on my bed after the cleaning and damaging done to my bed for them trying to clean itthey didn't want to be held responsible for anything

Based on review of your claim it was determined that your
mattress does not qualify for service due to the stain not being reported
within the warranty guidelines of days. Although the mattress does not qualify for a cleaning we did however
offer a courtesy cleaning of the
mattress. We did receive the signed waiver back and you had agreed to the cleaning
of your mattress. These mattresses are
able to be cleaned and serviced. We will

Based on the terms and conditions of the warranty it states that any incidents would need to be reported within days. The original claim was filed in December of 2014. According to the service technician's report the mattress was cleaned and no remaining stain was on the mattress.
Due to the amount of days that have lapsed your mattress does not qualify for a cleaning. We did however offer a courtesy cleaning on the mattress and asked that a waiver be signed stated that we are offering a cleaning although you mattress fall outside the guidelines. I have attached a copy of the terms and conditions of the warranty for review.Thank you*** *** ***
