BeDillon's Restaurant

Hi [redacted]-  I received a letter from the Revdex.com that you wish to be removed from a mailing list.  My name is Nancy J[redacted] and my husband and I own BeDillon's Restaurant in Casa Grande, AZ.  I am confused by this and I think there may be a case of mistaken...

identity.  We have a website and a FB page, but we do not have a mailing list of any type.  Believe me, I have enough trouble remembering to mail things that actually need to be mailed and would never create a mailing list to add to that mess!!  I am equally annoyed by all the junk mail and often wonder how I get on some of these awful "mailing lists" as well.  I did notice that the spelling of our restaurant's name is wrong and listed as Bedillions instead of BeDillon's (the correct name) so I'm not sure if that has any bearing on what you received.  I assure you that we do not have any mailing lists of any type and that if you continue to receive such items- they are NOT from us and I'm not sure how you would go about removing your name from some other list.  If you are receiving these mailings on a regular basis maybe you could send it to Revdex.com and see if they can figure it out- I am totally confused by this.  I'm very sorry you are having this issue, but it is not us.  Feel free to email me if you think I can be of any help in any way.  Hospitality means making people happy, not sad or angry.  Best regards- Nancy J[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]nd find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
