I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never provided a copy of the agreement from the startI was also informed by the regional manager that the emails and txt would be sent to Revdex.comThey show how long it took to get a copy of my own agreement and how hard it was to get that agreementI am still very upset that when I ask a question specifically about cancellation policies I was only told part of the truthI have more emails too Regards, [redacted]

out to us. We advised her of her contract terms and offered to freeze her account to help with things. Ms. [redacted] did not respond for another few weeks. She then requested a cancellation this was not an option as she did sign a contract to make monthly payments. However we did try to help Ms. [redacted] with giving her a buyout of her agreement. Ms. [redacted] declined this offer and wanted to speak with someone else. Our Regional Fitness Manager spoke with her and explained the terms of agreement again and offered her a buyout taking off the amount that was previously paid in months service was used. We told Ms. [redacted] that she would need to pay $148.50 instead of the original buyout percentage of $247.50.
