I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, including our telephone conversation. S*** has offered to send an associate out again within the next week to look at the issues with the cabinets and countertops, and offered assurances that it is their desire to resolve those issues. S*** also advised us to contact our tile contractor and plumber in case the resolution means additional work needs to be performed by them, and said they would cover those costs, if any. We accept this plan, and will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as promised I will get back to you at: ***@richmond.Revdex.com.org

To Whom It May Concern, This letter is in response to case number [redacted]. I personally was unaware of this situation and have found our sales person who was involved with this particular job. S[redacted] provided cabinets and counter tops for his job. The problem appears to be with the...

counter tops and were supplied and installed be a local counter top company. We have contacted the counter top company and a representative from their company is due to call the homeowner and access the problem.
