We did owe *** new replacement trees, which I had told her we would do in an email I sent to her on 9/2/16. I stressed to her two separate times in the email that her guarantee would not be voided even though we were approaching the year time
guarantee time. I realize she had to wait the Summer to have the one tree replaced, however we don't replace trees/lawns in the heat of the Summer for a couple reasons, heat/hot weather and availability in garden centers of plant material due to the heat, (which I also explained in the same 9/email). The other tree (coral bark maple) had just died a few weeks before her last emailIn no way were we trying to delay things to void her guarantee. If we were, I would have never told her in and email, that her guarantee would not be voided just a few weeks before she sent this complaint.
We have since replaced both trees in question and everything should be good nowNot sure how it got this far, but this is our position
