Apologies for not responding to the original notice of complaint.  I’m not sure where it ended up in our system, but I want you to know that although we don’t get many, I take each complaint seriously and try to respond when enough information is provided.  In researching this complaint I...

found that Mr. [redacted] did contact our office numerous times to complain about being misled by our tour salesperson.  As we don’t receive complaints about this particular saleslady,  our office staff refused to allow a refund.  Subsequently, Mr. [redacted] has received the refund of $50.00 he was looking for.  He made his final request with his credit card company and they refunded the $50.00, which I am fine with.   I don’t think our sales lady, Barb, intentionally mislead this customer.  We don’t receive complaints about her.  But I will say that since we offer different tours, at different times of the day, a customer can  become confused about what is included on a particular tour.Thank you for reaching out to me the second time…John [redacted] President Bedore Tours & Charter, Inc.                                      ...⇄
