Apologies for not responding to the original notice of complaint I’m not sure where it ended up in our system, but I want you to know that although we don’t get many, I take each complaint seriously and try to respond when enough information is provided In researching this complaint I found that Mr [redacted] did contact our office numerous times to complain about being misled by our tour salesperson As we don’t receive complaints about this particular saleslady, our office staff refused to allow a refund Subsequently, Mr [redacted] has received the refund of $he was looking for He made his final request with his credit card company and they refunded the $50.00, which I am fine with I don’t think our sales lady, Barb, intentionally mislead this customer We don’t receive complaints about her But I will say that since we offer different tours, at different times of the day, a customer can become confused about what is included on a particular tour.Thank you for reaching out to me the second time John [redacted] President Bedore Tours & Charter, Inc [redacted] [redacted] ***
