Me and my sister moved out of candlelight estates in Gainesville Florida lot 32 on May 31st there was no issues with moving out however we have not received our deposit refund yet it's going on 2 months call the corporate office they said it's going to return my call never did still waiting on my refund check

Management put up a roof over our mail boxes. Looks great, but the mailman & Post Office claims it prevents them from delivering our mail. The management disagrees. I agree with the management. However ,there is nothing being done to rectify the situation. Neither side will give an inch.In the meantime we don't get our mail. The manager said she doesn't care. She will not back down. The Post Office doesn't care either. The stubborn attitudes do not get the job done ! We do our job by paying the rent. Do Yours !

Bedrock refuses to send out invoices to the residents so the poor resident does not know what expenses to pay for. Bedrock tells the resident to look a the resident portal on the web-site. Most residents are elderly and do no own/use a computer thus having their check returned to them. Businesses send out invoices.

Site managers had no clue on running a business or running a meeting and dealing with people.

Residents need to form a HOA.

rented a lot at ***.XXXXX. Lots of issues and run around from office. Title never done in 5 months. Sold the place. And left, with no issues. Now it seems that I'm getting a run around concerning my security deposit of $500. The manager supposedly called the office, I have called.. no response. I want my security back asap.
