Our response has not changedThe roof was and is installed correctly; the photos provided will actually confirm this. The only reason this complaint was made months after the roof was completed is because a certified letter was sent demanding payment for work performedThe owner of the company's phone number is ***-***-***He welcomes any phone calls to discussHe is very familiar with the project

I called *** and asked her if she had any leaks after a few multiple day rainstorms we've hadShe did not say she had any leaksThere was a slight lift in one of the membrane overlaps which was taken care ofThen she gets some person who did not provide any license or insurance or company
affiliation, no paperwork(It is questionable whether he is even employed)to give his opinion on our workAT this point there is no validity to this claim since we reinspected roof and it was fineThe city inspector even signed of on it upon his inspection I can provide building permit release if neededAs long as we're concerned and the city inspector is concerned this project is completed

I am rejecting this response because:Let's not let big words like "fabricated" or "ludicrous" get in the way of what has happened to my homeLook through these pictures and see the mess I'm left withI have pictures, audio recordings, and saved text messages. *** *** abandoned this job in July of 2017.

The information in this complaint is unwarranted and highly fabricated. There has been zero communication from the homeowner since summer of 2017. We have attempted to contact homeowner several times over the last several months with no response. I do have documentation of such phone calls. It was...

not until December of 2017 that any contact was finally made. That was a phone call placed by me to Mr. [redacted] on 12/4/17. During that phone call, I mentioned setting an appointment to fix rafters as well as requesting an invoice for any repairs made to the airstream. Mr. [redacted] said he wanted the work done the week after Christmas. Once that time came, he once again did not answer any phone calls until the owner of our company, [redacted] called him. He then said he did not want us to do the repairs to the rafters. If there was any damage to the interior or any leaking as claimed, there was absolutely zero communication of this to our company. I have records of all phone calls. There has not been one single attempt to contact our company in 6 months until a certified letter was sent to Mr. [redacted] on 1/31/18 requesting the balance of $8,071.45 be paid upon receipt. It is clear that they are simply attempting to avoid paying the work that was contracted to do at their home. We only billed for the work that was completed, which is the cost of $8,071.45 as stated above.Bedrock has been agreeable to investigate and repair any "damages" that were perceived by the homeowner We were either denied the opportunity to do so or were given no communication in return. To be asked to return the funds on work performed is ludicrous. Nothing of the matter was even mentioned until a bill was sent to the homeowner. We simply need to collect the final amount on this job. This final amount is the $8,071.45.

We issued a refund check to Mr [redacted].We feel as  the sole remedy for the work is to refund what we had charged him. Since there is no additional damage to trim caused by our company, Any cost beyond what we refunded him is his responsibility.
