Owner William * E[redacted] was hired to stain cement floor in our kitchen -dining area which is 250 sq. ft. at a price of $2600. Started on Nov.30 and finished Dec.2. Totally the worst job ever! The floor was improperly prepared, leaving much white paint and glue plus many spalding holes before the staining. This floor is not even worthy for a garage! William E[redacted] said he would come back to fix it this week. Never showed and now won't respond to text, phone, or e-mail. I am unable to find out where he lives preventing me to have him charged in small claims court. So frustrating - totally a scam and thief.
