Bad customer service experience. I have attempted to contact them by email 2 times and by phone to discuss my current situation with Covid 19 and payment arrangements however with no success. They never replied or answer calls. They withdrew the payment without acknowledging my request. Not happy customer at all.
Hello I have been with Bedrock funding for about 2 and a half years now or maybe more, I have been giving payments on time and I’ve noticed they have not reported to any credit bureaus. I have contacted them and they keep giving me excuses I have sent emails and now they have just been ignoring them and not answering my question. I really need some help with this situation on what has been taking them this long to report. I’m trying to build my credit this is why it’s so important to me. Thank you!
We are not required to report to the credit bureaus, however we are looking into it and it’s possible that we will be reporting all customers in the future. We will be happy to provide a credit history for you with your written consent in the event that you need one provided to a prospective lender.
