Nov I ordered & paid for a child's bedroom set from Children's FurnGalleryMy daughter (child's mother) & I were impressed with the staff's knowledge of their products but mostly about how we were treated: positively & very professionallyThe delivery & sof the furniture was just excellent Due to an error on our part another piece of furniture had to be ordered from the manufac it as a goodwill jestureturer & it was done so without complaint by the staff Two weeks later my daughter & I pickthe dresser and another staff member assisted in loading it into the suv and he noted the child's car seat was not installed properly and he re-installed without our requesting him to do so Thank you Children's Furniture Gallery for your fabulous service!
The staff is amazing They are very knowledgeable and truly want to help I came in with a car seat I had purchased from them years ago tonight The straps were all twisted and jammed so that I could not secure using the latch system They gladly came out to show me how to fasten with seatbelt This place is awesome Pay the extra or 20'dollars and buy from a local private business You will see the same staff They all seem to love their jobs and want to help you We have never had any problems and purchased several car seats, strollers, and furniture from here You will not be disappointed
I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Children" s Furniture Gallery I was there with my husband in October as I began my search for a glider rocking chair for my meditation roomWe were shown many chairs and the suggestion was made to return in a few weeks for the possibility of more selection and Christmas sales I returned last Thursand [redacted] was a great help to me and as he was looking up the total cost of one of the chairs another man...dark hair and glasses, eagerly looked up other info I returned to buy my chair later that day and all the staff gathered with helpful info and genuine interest Today [redacted] delivered my chair ,made sure it was exactly where I wanted it, told me how to care for itThey , like all the staff have been , were courteous, friendly, and professionalTo top it off I was given a gift certificate as a thank you It has been pure delight to deal with all of youThank you so much for this positive experience in a world where we are not always treated as individuals or with respect
