special delivery crew to her home today to set up everything and make sure the customer was happy. As of this afternoon my delivery personnel said everything went smooth and [redacted]'s husband was happy with the service. Once again I apologize for everything [redacted] and her husband had to go through and hopefully this will resolve and close this complaint. Thank you
