Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11589624, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/06/16) */ the bed was sold as a floor model due to the fact it was discontinuedwe agreed to order a different bed a long time ago to replace the damaged one and as of 6/16/the bed is still not available to shipwe have no other beds like this available and would offer a refund to return the bed

I am rejecting this response because: Once again the rep doesn't work for you he works for the bed manufactory...so there should have never been an issue with him coming and checking the bedsince we have had the issues we have been in contact with the manufacture to resolve the issue as? far as the rep......but there is no need for further talks between you or I? because as a consumer I believe that you have a hustle game going on as many people are becoming a wear of....you have lost me and a few friends that? bought from you by word of mouth of a trust worthy friend and family? as a customer.? ? ? ALL MATTRESS MANUFACTURERS VOID THEIR WARRANTIES IF A MATTRESS SHOWS SIGN OF SOILING OR STAININGIF THE MATTRESS IN QUESTION IS SOILED OR STAINED THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTYIF THE MATTRESS IS NOT STAINED PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE CAN FILE A WARRANTY CLAIMWITH THE PICTURES SUBMITTED THERE SEEMS TO BE A STAINEVEN WITH THE STAIN WE REACHED OUT TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR POSSIBLE HELPYET DUE THIS CUSTOMERS ATTITUDE OUR MANUFACTURERS REPRESENTATIVE DOES NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE OR SAFE GOING TO THIS CUSTOMERS HOME FOR AN INSPECTION
