Review: I ordered a matterass on [redacted] 03/**/14. The item # is [redacted]. It came from bedatcost in NY. It came with spots and the legal tag gone. I sent them a message back via [redacted] and they promised to send out a new one. I told them it has to be delivered before end of April as I was going to Sweden. [redacted] from bedatcost came back to me and said she was going to Florida with her kids on their spring brake and she doesn't like to have any matterass in transit while she was on vacation. Obviously it's only [redacted] and her husband [redacted] who runs the business. But they were still selling mattresses at [redacted]! I told her that my husband just had surgery and can not lift anything if it would arrive after I left for Sweden so she said they will use a "in-home-delivery" company that would take out the old wrong matterass and bring in the new. That never happened! Someone called 3 days after delivery was supposed to happen and say they will only take it to the door, 3 days later! My husband missed his business trip to NY and was not happy with the arrangements. I was in Sweden and [redacted] and I decided that the matterass should be delivered June [redacted] days after my return to [redacted]. No matterass came, never heard anything. [redacted] and I had exchanged phone numbers earlier so I'm constantly trying to reach them, they never pick up and I leave numerous of messages. I said I'm fine with a 50% refund (I payed $775), send me a check, I want this embarrassing story over with! They finally sent me a message on [redacted] offering $300 back. I said I'm OK with that. That was a couple of weeks ago!I have not received a check and not heard back from them! You can read all our conversation at [redacted]. My ref # there is: [redacted].I have talked to [redacted] about this matter 3 times, June ** and 2 times on July *. They suggested me to file a complaint on your website and also at [redacted], which I've just done too. It's obvious how bedatcost is doing the same thing with a lot of their sales. They have excuses all the time so time is running out so it's too late to file a complaint at [redacted]. That seems to be their business idea in order to sell bad products. Bedatcost is a scam!Desired Settlement: That they send me a check as promised of $300, and prevent them to do business in this way, that everything is delayed so complaint time is running out! So it doesn't happen to other people in the future!

Review: I returned my product I purchased from this seller over a month ago and now the seller is refusing to give me my money back $685.00. Seller keeps telling me that she will return my money and never does then she tried threatening me with my own money. Had to end up contacting Attorney Office to step in and help.Seller made me wait past the 45 day period thru [redacted] and [redacted] so they wont help me give me my money back now.Desired Settlement: I Want my money back.

Review: Purchased King size bed and box springs. Box springs came damaged. They said they would replace them. Even went as far as contacting me saying they had paid a vendor in California to replace them and would be delivered the following Friday. Would call Thursday to set up appt. time. Never happened. Have called them and emailed them numerous times. They won't respond. The business is also known as Wholesale Mattress, Inc.Desired Settlement: Get me new box springs that aren't broken.
