Contracted with MrH*** for bat removal and exclusion from behind my shutters in September, I paid $*** on September to his employee, ***, for the work he did and verbally guaranteedHe said if the bats return to call backThe bats returned this spring and I called MrH*** againHe came out to my house mid-June and said he would return with his helper the following week to perform the workWhen he never returned I called only to find his phone has been disconnected

Review: I 1st contacted them in June 2011 about squirrels in my attic. The owner, [redacted], put a trap in attic and said someone would come back to find and fix where squirrels were getting in. I told him I could see them going in and out of two holes right behind gutter on either side of front of house. He got a check for $200 to cover his visit and the other person fixing the holes. Later [redacted] comes but said he couldn't fix the holes because the roof was wet, but he'd be back later. I called many times to get the holes fixed and was told someone would be out "soon." I didn't hear anything for a year, when a squirrel gets caught in the trap. I call [redacted], who had forgotten, but sends [redacted] back out. [redacted] takes the full trap, and again it's raining but says he'll be back "later" to fix holes. I was not billed for this. Another year later, and my attic's been torn apart by squirrels. I call [redacted] again, relayed the same story and how we have already paid for him to fix holes and how it's never been done. Again, [redacted] forgotten but comes and is here for 45 min., 5 of which he spends putting out a trap, 40 he yaps about SCUBA diving, again no further payment is mentioned, except for me stating I have already paid them for work. FINALLY, [redacted] and [redacted] come another day, and [redacted] fixes the holes, behind gutter, as I'd been asking for for TWO YEARS. [redacted] "fixes" other holes as well as duct taping up all the damage in attic. A few weeks later on my roof I find trap with dead squirrel in it, as well as vents with bits of unsecured mesh shoved in. Many of [redacted] "fixes" have to been redone and I call about dead squirrel. I'm told [redacted] trapped many squirrels on the roof, to the tune of $600. I'm flabbergasted and say I was originally told 1st check would cover repairs and that trapping squirrels on the roof would be never-ending and useless. On 7/30/13 I get backdated, un-itemized invoice, stating all damage was "new" and unrelated to earlier problems (no mention of roof trapping) and demands to be paid w/in 10 days of 6/20/13Desired Settlement: I have already paid for "services" provided by the company and will not be paying anymore. Obviously this company is incompetent, and I would not have continued to contact them if I though I had to pay them MORE money then I already had. I had to hound them for two years to get them to perform the service I had originally paid them $200 for and then they send me a bill for an additional $600.
