I am rejecting this response because: its not my fault it costed them to not fix it they charged me saying it was fixed different times all tumes it broke on first ride we didnt order a new clutch and belt until they refused to fix it sayings they tried everythingThat's the only time we ordered a new clutch and belt for cost $now it works fine so what they spent $on I don't know all I want is my returned because I fixed it myself which I payed beebop for it also made me have to take taxi to work a week or more at $a day its a lot of money so make it right they say they put a new clutch and belt on well apparently didn't cause that's all I had to do and works fine I took it to beebop because I lacked the tools and parts to do my self he failed to fix it charged me $its not right

Mr. [redacted],We like to inform you that this rebuttal response to a letter we received from your office regarding a complaint on repair issues dated 11-14 20165 and that [redacted] brought a moped after 4 months they asked to have us repair it.  We tried to repair this moped 3 times...

costing over $250 in labor and parts and we charged $50.  This included a drop off and after that they worked on their moped, We informed them that we can not no longer work on the moped after they started to repair it on their own after we had fixed the issue.Used Mopeds do not come with any warranty we do however try to resolve any manufacture or driver damage to the mopeds.Thank you, [redacted]
