Hello!The letter was sent to, and refers to Bee Clean Carwash, our business, however the listed address is not for any of our locationsWe respond assuming the complaint was referring to our business directly.We thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.We are planning to re-extend our
monthly service to cover two washes per day, to satisfy customersThe change away from the previous system was caused by abuse of the rules resulting in extreme strain on revenue but with several policy changes we are reverting to the previous format.Additionally, an explanation of the extent and usage of the service is provided both by the attendant at time of purchase and via a waver which must be acknowledged and signed by the customerIn addition, restrictions to usage are acknowledged via an input by the customer necessary to purchase the subscription at a pay stationWe try to be as upfront about the service as possible.The signs mentioned are representative of an industry wide sales pointCar washes across the country use the same signs with the same limitations and as such these are what are readily available for purchase and by default incorporated into our softwareThat being said, we agree that the signs do not convey the exact nature of the service, and are designing custom signs to replace themThese will read something similar to the customers suggestion, something like "Monthly Subscription Service."While we are waiting on these signs we had hoped the disclaimers and explanations would clarify the exact nature of our monthly serviceThis is also the first complaint we have received, other customers are aware and comfortable with the restrictions or understand our other services may better suit their needsSince this has not been brought to us directly I assume the customer wishes to retain their membership, and has no interest in alternative service plans?In efforts to further alleviate concern I will be redesigning the acknowledgment waiver and service explanation signed upon purchase to be sure it reflects the concerns brought upWe also are continuing progress on new signage.If you would like me to follow up with you I can send new templates for the waiver when they are completed.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and helping us resolve it.Have a great day,Kody K***Bee Clean Carwash
