January 22, 2015In response complaint [redacted] Attn [redacted] Re: [redacted] ***And [redacted] ***In response to the listed complaintWe are complete Pest Control Company that was hired to service the home for insects on 11/7/@ 10:40am for Ants, Spiders, Mice and mothsWe did a complete inspection of the home and before we began any servicesWe discussed the service needed with the client she agreed and was with us the entire timeAfter the inspection we found that [redacted] had evidence of mice we baited for them bait stations strategically located in the home to combat the mice problem (products used for mice: [redacted] )We explained to the client it can take upto to days for the mice to begin to nibble on the bait and we will be back within 10-days to check to bait and droppingsShe stated she is also seeing ants, moths and spiders WE DID NOT SEE ANY ANTS, MOTHS or SPIDERS in the home at time of inspection, However, we base what we do off of what the client says she is seeing and service accordinglyWE did a crack & crevice spray to the entire interiorProducts used ( [redacted] and [redacted] ) for the interior crack & creviceOur products have slight odor and can be seen once sprayed until dryExplanation of thecharge for this property are broken downMice charge = (bait stations bait blocks in each CLIENT STILL HAS OUR STATIONS) C&C interior spray = (Ants, spiders, and moths) Total cost for this property was plus tax of grand total was We went back a second time at NO CHRGE on 11/18/@ 11:30am she stated she is still seeing ants and spidersWE SAW NOTHING., However we did another entire interior crack & crevice spray and checked the bait NO ACTIVITY ON THE BAIT BLOCKWe returned for a third time 12/3/@ 11:at NO CHARGE for ants did an entire interior inspection again for the pests listed there was NO EVIDENCE OF ANY PESTS!! NO SPIDERS, NO MOTHS, NO ANTS, NO ACTIVITY MICE after a third check of the stationsShe was given FREE SPRAYS AND INSPECTIONs for this propertyWe stated we will need to charge ONLY if we have to come back again and spray for things we don’t see as a monthly based service based on what she says she hasI believe after FREE service calls and bait checks and inspections we did all that we could do for this propertyIn regards to the comment regarding SPIDERMAN or SPIDERMAN PETE (NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS SPEAKING OF) we never serviced her Mother and we never said we did she was REFERRED to us by her MotherIt is a questions on our service sheet HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US? We discussed the service needed with the client she agreed and was with us the entire time. After the inspection we found that [redacted] had evidence of mice we baited for them 5 bait stations strategically located in the home to combat the mice problem (products used for mice: [redacted] [redacted]). We explained to the client it can take upto 5 to 7 days for the mice to begin to nibble on the bait and we will be back within 10-14 days to check to bait and droppings. She stated she is also seeing ants, moths and spiders WE DID NOT SEE ANY ANTS, MOTHS or SPIDERS in the home at time of inspection, However, we base what we do off of what the client says she is seeing and service accordingly. WE did a crack & crevice spray to the entire interior. Products used ([redacted] and [redacted]) for the interior crack & crevice. Our products have slight odor and can be seen once sprayed until dry. Explanation of thecharge for this property are broken down. Mice charge = 125.00 (5 bait stations 5 bait blocks in each CLIENT STILL HAS OUR STATIONS) C&C interior spray = 175.00 (Ants, spiders, and moths) Total cost for this property was 300.00 plus tax of 21.00 grand total was 321.00. We went back a second time at NO CHRGE on 11/18/14 @ 11:30am she stated she is still seeing ants and spiders... WE SAW NOTHING., However we did another entire interior crack & crevice spray and checked the bait NO ACTIVITY ON THE BAIT BLOCK. We returned for a third time 12/3/14 @ 11:50 at NO CHARGE for ants did an entire interior inspection again for the pests listed there was NO EVIDENCE OF ANY PESTS!!
