I had solar panels installed and then my roof leaked and damaged my ceiling
Grant came out finally and took pictures of the ceiling on 6-23- Since then I have never heard from him nor has he returned any of my numerous phone calls

I had contacted GoSolar in March 2015 and a representative, Chris [redacted] showed up explain solar system and provided an estimate for the project. Once I had decided to go ahead with the project, I called Chris on 11/20,15 and he came the next day with another person, Grant [redacted] of Bee Green, Chris did not tell me that he is no longer with GoSolar until the paperwork came out. They wanted 50% down. Grant is the owner and he said they will contact the contractor and will begin the install on 12/22/15; it was 1st and 2nd 12/28 was 2nd schedule but no one showed up nor did we get a phone call. they showed up and finished 1/25/16, and he got the rest of money the next day. Also Grant supposed file the application to NV Energy the next day but he never did it. During the processing project, I called and emailed to him many times but he never responded it. After he got the money, he totally ignored us. We still have the ongoing problem & hasn't install the Net Meter to NV Energy.
