I book a reading January 26, 2021. I have not received either a reading or a refund. Unable to contact. Phone number has a message from 2019. What is going on?

I have consulted with Bee numerous times throughout the years and she is the real deal! I found her to be extremely caring, professional, straightforward, intuitive (of course), and articulate. Her advice has helped guided some of my toughest decisions and gotten me “unstuck”. I highly recommend.
