I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[They have no tried contacting me. They did offer a replacement candy but needless to say I did not want it considering what it did to my child. I was told this has happened before otherwise I would not have contacted you regarding this matter.

Review: My daughter consumed the Crayola color your tongue lollipop and it literally "burnt" the top layer of her tongue. Causing it to bleed and and leaving "raw" marks on her tongue. When I contacted the company Neil advised me that my daughter was not the first claim made about this product.Desired Settlement: I want this product pulled from the shelves before another child gets hurt!!!

First off, we take all inquiries into our products seriously and we make sure to respond to consumer complaints in a timely manner. When the consumer contacted us about this issue, she was told that we had never had this complaint before and that the only issues that we have ever had on this product had to do with people with color sensitivities who may have had a reaction to the product. This was suggested to the consumer as a possible explanation and we offered to send her replacement product if she desired, which was declined. As previously stated, the consumer was told that we have never had a previous complaint of someone bleeding from eating this product. The consumer is misrepresenting what was told to her, she was told that any issues we have ever had on this product had to do with people with color sensitivities. We will gladly send any of our other candy items if she would like a replacement product, it doesn't have to be these pops. Thanks, [redacted].
