Bee Spider Free

I am responding in regards to a complaint from *** ***. The ID # is ***I am attaching our Terms of Service literature with this email. *** *** was one of our customers that signed up for our preventative exterior application spray. She had some wasp problems
after the initial service that we went back several times to take care of at no charge. If you see under the warranty section of the terms of service attached, it states: "BSF can NOT warranty future infestations that occur inside a structure through means of entering through existing or new structural deficiencies or imported from outside sources."This was the case with Mrs*** situation. Bees were in the ceiling of a bedroom entering through a void in the structure. We put this disclaimer in our terms of service for this exact reason. Our spray simply can't deter a pest that can enter trough a hole and not come in contact with it. As stated, even though this procedure should not have been covered under the warranty of the preventative spray, we did in go back to take care of the problem at no charge for a valued customer.Thank you,Ken F*General ManagerBee Spider Free
