Drove from ***, *** to pick up the boat due to the price being less than Lund dealers around meThe team was courtesy and the boat came in relatively quickThe whole buying experience was great and it went very smoothDerek was very professional and make the whole transaction greatHowever, miles away I noticed three distinct areas of damage on the lower tiller arm of my motorI could say that one could have been from transport by me, but three? I never went over mph during the first miles so it was not an issue caused by meI contacted Bee's Sports and talked with them multiple times about the matterNo matter what I said, they just kept pushing it off and stating that there was no way it could have been them and that we would have saw it during the pickup inspectionI said the tiller arm was down most of the time and that is where the three distinct areas of damage wereI finally had to contact Evinrude and get an appointment setup for a dealer near me which has appointments two months outI will have leave my boat with them so they can inspect it and order the part and put it onThis part is a lower tiller arm cover and cost about dollars and is something I would be able to easily install myself, however can't due to Evinrudes' warranty guidelinesIn hindsight, I wish Bee's Sports would have helped me out by supplying the part for me, heck I would have even paid shipping just so I didn't have a damaged tiller arm and down boat timeI don't know if Bee's Sports damaged the part or if it happened in transit or during manufacturing, all I know is that they did want to help me with the situation at allGreat dealers sell great products with great service to back them upThis is not a great dealer
