I AM WANTING TO SHARE MY FABULOUS EXPERIENCEI HAD BEEN LOO*** FOR A VEHICLE FOR QUITE SOME TIME ALL OVER FROM MS TO LA WELL I CAME ACROSS THE VEHICLE I WAS LOO*** FOR CALLED JIM K*** NISSAN & WAS CALLED BACK BY MR JEFF ***HE WAS A GOD SENDHE MADE THIS EXPERIENCE ONE THAT WILL FOREVER BE DEAR TO MY HEARHE WAS SO WONDERFULMY SON & I WERE WELCOMED WITH OPEN ARMES AT THE DEALERSIP AS IF GOING TO A FRIENDS HOME IN THE DEAD OF WINTERMR *** PUT THE GOING ABOVE & BEYOND IN THIS DEALERSHIPHE MADE SURE ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF SINCE I WAS TRAVELING FROM OUT OF THE TN AREA & I HAD NO WORRIESI RECEIVED THE VEHICLE I WANTED & GAINED A FRIEND FOR LIFE! HE WAS SO CARING PRAYING FOR OUR SAFE TRAVEL BACK HOME & CALLING TO MAKE SURE WE MADE IT BACK HOME SAFELY(SIMPLY FABULOUS)HE WAS SENT TO ME BY GOD TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WENT CORRECT WITH THIS MAJOR PURCHASE IN MY LIFETHANK YOU AGAIN ALSO TO MR M ***I WILL RECOMMEND ALL PEOPLE I KNOW TO COME & PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOTMR J K***, YOU HAVE A FABULOUS JEWEL IN MR JEFF *** JUST KNOW THATFOREVER GREATFUL!!! We inquired about a car for $10500. I asked him to send the deal sheet to my credit union. We spoke with our loan officer late Friday...I called the salesman [redacted] to see if he can send a NEW deal sheet because the website had it for $1000 less. He did. The loan officer that was able to approve the loan wasn't going to be back until Monday so we called and asked them to holdloan was approved, but just needed that one last signature. They said they couldn't hold. He called Monday to say "yeah we still have the car". ok...drafting info was sent that same day....I figured that would secure the car until I could get down there (one hour away from me). We called Thursday to say we are coming and they sold the car on TUESDAY morning. ONE DAY AFTER THEY RECEIVED DRAFTING FROM MY BANK. The thing that upsets me is that they were not remorseful at all. Not one "i"m sorry" from anyone. Not one "oh please speak with my manager and we will see if there's a discount we can give on something else". Nothing. The only thing they did was try to offer me another car for $2000 more, but no discount for my trouble.
