May 6, Dear ***:This letter is in response to a complaint about our business by [redacted] on 4/15/and assigned an ID of [redacted] .I have had the opportunity to research this issue and collect as much information as I can in regard to ** [redacted] ’s services provided in I contacted the collection agency we use, [redacted] It was indicated to me that the account was indeed sent to collectionsIn September 2012, part of the balance was paid in full and the other service was put on hold pending insurance follow up by our billing companyAfter several follow up emails to the billing company, they indicated to [redacted] to continue collection actionNo other contact was made until March when the insurance carrier contacted [redacted] indicating that the balance should have been written offWhen the collection agency asked for documentation to support that action, what was sent over from the insurance carrier was deemed by [redacted] as not adequate proof.After receiving this reply from [redacted] , I pulled the explanation of benefits from the [redacted] website myself and found that date of service 7/30/was denied in May as passed timely filing.I have contacted [redacted] and received email confirmation that the account for [redacted] * [redacted] of [redacted] , Delaware has been closed.Sincerely,

Review: In July 2011 I was hospitalized at Beebe Hospital in [redacted], DE. The stay was about 2 days. I recieved all of the bills from several vendors and paid in a timely manner. The Beebe Physican Network billed me for two charges of $391.00 each. One charge was submitted properly to the insurance company and the remaining $17 ,I paid in a timely fashion to the Physician Network. The other charge I was billed for $391.00. I called the office to report that this should have been paid through the insurance. I wrote 2 letters and made three calls. Each call was the same, they stated that, this particular charge was not billed properly, they saw the error and would rebill. I talked to the insurance company and they stated that the charge had not been submitted. ANything billed through the insurance company even if not paid would be reduced as per the rules of the insurance company. This was not the case. Finally, almost two years later the charge was submitted however the insurance company denied the charge because of the age of the bill and they provider needed to bill in a timely fashion. I had done my due diligence to get it paid. The insurance company told the provider that I was not responsible and neither were the insruance company. In March I went to purchase a new car. On the my credit report are two charges represented by Beebe Physician Network for each $391.00 via their collection agency [redacted]. I called the insurance company and they followed up with the provider. I was told that the collection would be removed as they do not even show it in their records. I disputed it on my credit report as well. Today I recd notice that the charges are remaining and will not be removed. Beebe Physcian Network needs to removed this adverse collection from my report.Desired Settlement: Removal of the inaccurate information on my credit report. This is the ONLY blemish on my credit report however it has pulled down my credit score and has caused me a situation with credit.
