Review: Beebe Plumbing Service plumber arrived as per appointment on Monday, 10/6/14. Water dripping from the Lawn Sprinkler Water Overflow valve due to low pressure in the lawn irrigation system. Plumber explained that the water handle had to be turned completely on as I had kept it in the half-way position to limit any overflow once I discovered the problem three days earlier. In addition he turned the faucet on and off. Plumber indicated that Beebe Plumbing does not work on lawn irrigation systems. Plumber was at location for approximately ten minutes before taking a call from another customer and running my credit card for a charge of $125 (Mechanical work). The following day, Tuesday, 10/7/2014, I visited Beebe's location and asked to speak to a Manager/Supervisor. [redacted] introduced himself and when I explained the situation agreed that the charge should be corrected to $65 as a simple service call. He explained that the company would mail me the balance of $60 in the form of a check. On Thursday, 10/16/2014, I contacted [redacted] again and he promised to send the check out immediately. Friday, 10/24/14 [redacted] stated that the check was mailed the day before. Tuesday, 10/28/14, [redacted] wanted to follow-up with Accounting and would call me back. Have not received the check for $60 or heard from [redacted] (Beebe Plumbing) since. Work Order #126300, By: JOEB, WO Date: 10/3/2014, Task #153482, Charge to credit card: $125.Desired Settlement: Partial refund for $60 as agreed to in the form of a check.
